Role Overview

3Cs Aquarah is seeking an Associate Implementation Engineer to join our Technical team and support the deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of cybersecurity and technology solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior technical colleagues, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and meet agreed technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment, installation, configuration, and integration of cybersecurity and technology solutions.
  • Assist with gathering and understanding client technical requirements.
  • Support solution testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.
  • Work with senior engineers and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, configurations, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide post-implementation technical support where required.
  • Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, technical reports, and configuration records.
  • Support user acceptance testing and project handover activities.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide clear updates on implementation activities.
  • Follow established project timelines, implementation procedures, and technical standards.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the cybersecurity products and solutions supported by the company.
  • Carry out other technical responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical documentation and follow implementation procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or professional experience in IT support, systems engineering, cybersecurity, networking, or technical implementation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, security solutions, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Relevant entry-level technical or cybersecurity certifications.
  • Experience interacting with clients or supporting technical projects.

Role Overview

3Cs Aquarah is seeking an Associate GRC Analyst/Consultant to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance engagements.

The successful candidate will work with internal teams and clients to identify cybersecurity and information security risks, support compliance assessments, develop documentation, and assist organisations in strengthening their governance and risk management practices.

This role is suited to an early-career professional with a strong interest in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cybersecurity risk assessments and gap assessments for clients.
  • Assist in evaluating organisations against relevant regulatory and industry frameworks.
  • Support the development and review of information security policies, procedures, standards, and other governance documents.
  • Assist with identifying, documenting, assessing, and tracking information security risks.
  • Maintain risk registers, compliance trackers, and related documentation.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct research on cybersecurity regulations, standards, frameworks, and emerging requirements.
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, recommendations, and remediation plans.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance concepts.
  • Familiarity with one or more relevant frameworks or standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, or data protection requirements.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret requirements and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant cybersecurity or GRC certifications, or evidence of working towards one.
  • Previous internship or professional experience in cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with privacy and data protection requirements.
  • Experience preparing professional reports, policies, or assessment documentation.
