From December 12th to 14th, Lagos became more than a destination for us at 3Cs Aquarah, it became a space for reflection, renewal, and re-commitment. Our first-ever staff retreat, themed “Beyond Borders, Growing People, Growing Impact,” brought our team together to pause, look inward, and boldly imagine the future we are building.
The retreat opened with thoughtful reflections from our CEO, who walked us through the story of 2025; the milestones achieved, the challenges faced, and the lessons that shaped us. With clarity and conviction, the tone for 2026 was set: a year defined by intentional growth, expanded horizons, and deeper impact. A year we cannot wait to share with our partners and stakeholders alike.
Learning and development took center stage as our Sales Lead, Peter Uka, led a dynamic sales workshop that challenged perspectives and sharpened execution. This was followed by a powerful mindset-building session from our Chairman, reminding us that sustainable growth begins with how we think, lead, and show up, both individually and collectively.
Beyond strategy and structure, there was room for creativity and connection. A visit to Cera Cerni Art Hub for a sip-and-paint session allowed the team to unwind, express themselves, and connect beyond roles and titles, strengthening the human bonds that power our work.
Each department then took ownership of the journey ahead, presenting candid reviews of 2025 and clearly defining goals and priorities for 2026. These sessions reinforced alignment, accountability, and our shared responsibility in shaping the future of 3Cs Aquarah.
We closed the retreat with an elegant Awards Night and Dinner, a moment to celebrate excellence, recognise dedication, and honour the people who continue to go above and beyond in living our values.
Our first staff retreat was not just a gathering; it was a statement of who we are becoming. At 3Cs Aquarah, we are committed to growing our people, expanding beyond boundaries, and creating impact that truly matters.
