Role Overview
3Cs Aquarah is seeking an Associate Implementation Engineer to join our Technical team and support the deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of cybersecurity and technology solutions for our clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior technical colleagues, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and meet agreed technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment, installation, configuration, and integration of cybersecurity and technology solutions.
- Assist with gathering and understanding client technical requirements.
- Support solution testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.
- Work with senior engineers and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Provide post-implementation technical support where required.
- Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, technical reports, and configuration records.
- Support user acceptance testing and project handover activities.
- Participate in client meetings and provide clear updates on implementation activities.
- Follow established project timelines, implementation procedures, and technical standards.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the cybersecurity products and solutions supported by the company.
- Carry out other technical responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand technical documentation and follow implementation procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, vendors, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or professional experience in IT support, systems engineering, cybersecurity, networking, or technical implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, security solutions, or enterprise IT environments.
- Relevant entry-level technical or cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience interacting with clients or supporting technical projects.
